After completing a rebuild of the Guardian Storage Website, we noticed a higher percentage of users were accessing the site from their mobile devices. So using HTML5 we built a custom online storage calculator which enables customers to request a quote right from their mobile phone. An intuitive interface allows them to simply select from a list of items they wish to store. These details along with their contact information is then sent to their nearest Guardian Storage location and a quote is submitted.
The mobile site also delivers quick and easy location info and branded maps to drive customers in-store. Thanks to the seamless journey customers can now take from finding Guardian online, there has been a 40% increase in qualified leads, and a 30% increase in mobile usage overall.
