Australand Berwick Waters

CHALLENGE

Rolling out a solid brand strategy for one of Victoria's largest and farthest-reaching residential developments employed all of our long-term vision skills.

JOURNEY

A project scheduled to run for the next fifteen years, Berwick Waters required a large amount of up-front strategies. Not least of which would be finding a suitable name to encompass all that the development has to offer potential residents. Site visits, research and collaboration with Australand were able to navigate a path towards delivery on three key consumer touchpoints: print collateral, sales office environmental graphics and digital marketing.

RESULTS

Our blue wetlands hero image was chosen to most strongly reflect the nature of what living amongst over 3km of stunning wetlands will be like. Using this as our initial proof point we delivered a memorable brochure, layered with textures, translucent stocks and a wealth of rich photography.

For the sales office, shimmering curtains of wetlands imagery welcome visitors, whilst informally arranged photo frames of emotive photography lift the space into an engaging cross-over environment somewhere between sales office and display home.

Over time our social strategy will grow to support the sales office and collateral, with local news and inclusive content encouraging early involvement with the development, and delivering a true community forum for those who've already purchased, and those considering becoming a part of Berwick Waters.
