Redken NYC, one of Australia's leading hair care brands, wanted to build an online community without pulling their hair out. We suggested giving their Access Redken program a digital make over.
Running regular competitions had proved to be an effective way to generate interest and engagement with the brand. So we developed a Facebook application specifically designed to allow easy implementation of new competitions on a regular basis with minimum build time. From there we added an Access Redken application which allows consumers to join the program, find their nearest Redken salon and receive vouchers to redeem during their next visit. Supporting this, we revamped and integrated the Access Redken website into the platform allowing the client access to manage users, salons and content.
Redken have extended their reach through social media, created another channel to help build their database while allowing members to share news, views and receive exclusive tips, offers and rewards.
